Maria Barbero – Spanish Artist

Today is Wednesday and as I am a social media junky, it means Woman Crush Wednesday (#WCW). Therefore I am going to share with you the woman that I admire the most, not only because she brought me into this world and raised me, but also because she is an incredible artist.

For as long as I can remember, I have always seen my mom creating. Whether it was painting, drawing or sculpting she has always been able to bring to life the beautiful images she has imagined.

She makes sculptures made of papier maché and here are a few of her latest creations (you can click on the images to make them bigger):
